We used the courts and I must said, the courts was giant so it did take some time to run there and back to where we started.
We ALL did it and I wish we didn't because I fell behind at the back of the line so it was kind of tricky. I wish we did it in our hapu groups. Lucky we didn't do it one by one because it would take a long time and we would probably be judged by others on how we did.
I now want to run more and do the Beep Test again and see if I've improved. I must said it wasn't the most funest thing we've done but it was fun cheering on our friends.
I felt tried when I finished. I didn't get too far but I think I did ok. If we weren't able to make it to the start line until the next beep went on, we would have to call it a quit and we are out.
My friend Aleena did the best! She is a good runner so that might explain why she enjoyed it so much. She wasn't the one out of our group that dreaded it. She was excited for it. I was speech less and I wondered how she did it.
Now I've set my goal to do more scuttles when we do the beep test again or the cross country which is coming up.
It was amazing to see my class mates and my friends do amazinf job at it. I was able to set myself a goal on how much I could run next time by just seeing what my friends and class mates have done.
I was only able to run up to a Level 3 number 6. I could see some ways I could improve.
Zavier was the only one left after everyone was done. He did a amazing job and I can't believe he ran that much. Have did he do that?! Anyway, Well Done Zavier!!!
My Next Steps:
1. Encourage myself and tell myself I could do it
2. Believe in myself
3. Know that I wouldn't be the greatest runner but I tried my best
4. Set goals for myself so that I could improve set by set in my running
Here Are Some Ways You Could Improve On Your Running:
1. Practice makes prefect
2. Train at home and around your neighbor hood
3. Ask two friends to watch you race and ask them for some things they could improve
4. Ask friends to help you out
So thats todays reflection. I hope you enjoyed!
